Refunds and returns


EHPlabs will only accept the return of products that have been supplied incorrectly by EHPlabs or which are deemed to be faulty.

Please contact our support team at if you need to arrange a return. 

Returned products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, and must be in a re-saleable condition.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Unfortunately EHPlabs is unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
