Refunds and returns
EHPlabs will accept the return of products that have been supplied incorrectly by EHPlabs or which are faulty/damaged.
Get in touch with our support team at contact@EHPLabs.com, or via live webchat, if you need to arrange a return.
Returned products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Unfortunately, EHPlabs is unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
