If you have received a damaged product or if a product has been delivered that is different to the product listed in your order, and you notify us within the first 7 days after delivery, then we will:
- (a) replace the damaged or incorrect product with a new replacement; or
- (b) if we are unable to provide a new replacement product, we will refund you the purchase price.

The 7 Day period will commence on the date you receive your product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business from the date of dispatch of the product. Where goods are already damaged on delivery, we require photographic evidence before authorising the return of your goods.
EHPlabs reserves sole discretion to determine whether any goods are faulty or damaged.
EHPlabs may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred when the product is found to not be damaged, faulty or incorrect.
