I've received a damaged / broken / faulty item
If you have received a damaged product, or if a product has been delivered that is different to the product listed in your order, take a photo for reference (of product and packing slip) and let us know within the first 5 business days after delivery.
We can arrange to replace the damaged or incorrect product or, if we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will refund you the purchase price.

The 5 Day period will commence on the date you receive your product.
Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business from the date of dispatch of the product within the US.
Where goods are received damaged on delivery, we require photographic evidence before authorizing the return of your goods.
EHPlabs reserves sole discretion to determine whether any goods are faulty or damaged.
EHPlabs may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred when the product is found to not be damaged, faulty or incorrect.
