How do I take multiple supplements?
You can mix any of our supplement powders with Glutamine, Acetyl L-Carnitine or CREA-8.
Don't mix your Protein in the same shake with Oxyshred.
Acetyl L-Carnitine is best taken with OxyShred to maximize the breakdown of fat cells, you may also like to include it with your Beyond BCAAs
* Don't exceed 5 scoops of Acetyl L-Carnitine per day.
If you’re doing fasted (empty stomach) cardio, the ideal energy, metabolism booster, and recovery cocktail is :- mix 1 scoop of Beyond BCAA with 1 scoop of OxyShred and 2 micro-scoops of Acetyl L-Carnitine with 20 oz (600ml) of chilled water.
RP Max and PSI can be mixed together for the ultimate pre-workout shake.
Don't mix RP Max and OxyShred Original or OxyShred Hardcore in one shake - that's a lot of caffeine.
