Refunds and returns

 

EHPlabs will only accept the return of products that have been supplied incorrectly by EHPlabs or which are deemed to be faulty.

Please contact our support team at contact@EHPLabs.com if you need to arrange a return. 

Returned products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, and must be in a re-saleable condition.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Unfortunately EHPlabs is unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.

    Still chasing a credit on goods that were never recieved or accepted due to import fees. You should be able to track them with your original tracking number, as they were never delivered to us, just returned (as advised that I should do by your support team). Have dropped an email to the above email address as well.

    Hello
    I bought the Halloween trick or treat deal, and I received oxyshred along with H2drop and oxyrem. Does any of these supplements cause diarrhea as I've been having experiencing bloating too. I'm very dissatisfied.
